The Arm roast is known for it's rich beef flavor. It is great for slow-cooker, it is a lean economical cut that is perfect for cooking pot roast recipes. Best when braised to seal int the flavor for pot roast, the arm roast then becomes very moist and is extremely tender definitely making our family favorite for dinner.
Arm roast is cut from the beef chuck primal found in the shoulder area. Also known as arm pot roast, round bone roast or arm chuck roast.
