Boneless KC Strip Steak

KC Strip comes 2 to a package with and approximate weight of 1.5-1.75 lbs 

This cut is favored for its tremendous beefy flavor, strip steaks are usually boneless. The KC Strip Steak also know as the NY Strip Steak is a premium lean cut know for it's marbling, flavor and tenderness.  This lean cut is perfect for grilling or pan searing. Strip steak is cut from the loin primal region just below the backbone. 

You sometimes can find the bone in version and the bone adds some more flavor and moisture, also in addition to making the steak more tasty-looking, which is usually the way you often see them served in steakhouses and restaurants.
