Beef Brisket

The Brisket is a flavorful cut of meat that becomes tender when slow-cooked at low temperatures.  Brisket is also very popular as smoked barbecue.  

This moderately fatty, economical cut is taken from the area around the breastbone. The thick, coarse-grained meat is part of the chest or pectoral muscle called the brisket, it can provide a tender, succulent meal which is a crowd favorite cook using a slow-cooker, barbecue or smoker.
